      edit an already made database

to much of a noob to make a new database from scratch, but Inventory from the FM quick start seems to work just fine for what i need, but ther is one thing i would like to change but don't know how or even if it's possible.
      So here goes,

i use the create a database using a starter solution - home - General - Inventory, the lay out is pretty much what i was looking for, my quistion is, when you insert a picture is it possible to Insert multiple images and make it like a folder that you can flip through

using windows vista and filemaker pro

          Thank you for your post.

FileMaker Pro will not allow you to place more than one object in a Container field.  However, you can put your Container field in another Table, and then link multiple pictures to the same record.  I created a simple file that does this and I'm happy to have it sent to you.  Please see your Inbox at the top of this page for additional information.
