Title

Emailing fp7 damages file when received but original file is fine

Post

Morning,

I've recently been having a lot of issues with my solution. It is used on FM Go and the fp7 is sent from the iPad when an internet connection is available. I know it's not ideal sending a fp7 whilst it's open but haven't found another suitable method yet. It has been working fine for months now and now I'm starting to get a lot of un recoverable files coming through. I've recently updated all my clients with a working back up.

I just don't understand how the file is damaged when it comes through but fine on FM Go. Normally a few more attempts at resending gets it working. Is it just the fact the fp7 is open when it's sent? If so why did this work fine before?

Cheers
