Open it in Filemaker Pro.
Select File Options from the file men and check to see if a script runs when the file is opened.
Check this script for a line that checks the FileMaker version. This line will likely need to be changed so that it doesn't think FileMaker Go is an older version of FileMaker Pro.
Thank you! I will let you know if this works!
Hi, I went to file options in the file menu, but where do I check for a script that runs when the file is opened?
In File Options, is a box on the Open/Close tab labeled "When opening this file". In the bottom of this box is a check box labeled "Perform Script" and the name of the script should show to the right. If you are using FileMaker 11, you can click the specify button, then pull down the gear menu to select Edit to open and review the script. In older versions, you'd have to make a note of the script name and find it in Manage |Scripts.
