Is there a way to perform a find without the box showing how many it has found. In filemaker go in find mode, after it performs the find it tells you how many records it finds, and then you have to click on "ok" to continue. Is there a way to eliminate this step?

          Steve Scartozzi:

          Thank you for your post.

At this time, after tapping "Enter Find Mode" in FileMaker Go and entering find criteria, you cannot hide the number of records found dialog.  Our Development and Software Quality Assurance (Testing) departments are aware of this issue.

As a workaround, create a script with the following script steps:

Enter Find Mode [ Pause ]
          Perform Find []

Attach this script to a button, and then when you want to Enter Find Mode, tap the button.  This will find the record and not display the dialog box with the number of records found.
