Ok, the issue is that the year in the purchase date must be 4 digitsfor the year, so 01/23/2012. Problem solved!
I just got the E-Mail today which contains an AU web-link, http://info.filemaker.com/fmgo_promo_AP_en-AU.html, and I think they might mis-understood my problem. Of course, the problem still there when I using the link to submit the application form.
I am here because I have problem in step 2 when submit the form, it shows "the A request matching this iTunes Order Number has already been submitted", my problem is not in how to switch the region/country.
Let me explain more clearly. Firstly, I choice the UK and submit the form, and I found I made a mistake in region when I check the shopping cart. Secondly, I go back to the application form and change the region to USA, when I submit the application form and the error message shows. I think I did not clear the UK shopping cart when I left it.
Therefore, can anyone show me how to clear the shopping cart, thus I can submit the application form again?
I do purchase FileMaker to Go for iPad already, and using trail verion FileMaker Pro to design my personal database now.
