Script problem on iPad

I have a program developed in FileMaker Pro.

And there is a script with only one line :

Show Custom Dialog["Other Description"; "Please specify the situation: "; FileName::_des]

This will be triggered when a checkbox is selected.

And I want the user to write some descriptions when that checkbox is selected.

Everything seems fine on Mac, but this doesn't work on iPad.

When I click on the checkbox on iPad, it still pop-up the custom dialog that can let users to enter descriptions.

If I write something on it and then click submit or OK, then the whole program shutdowns immediately.

Then, it directly back to the desktop and the newest record was missing.

Is there anyone can help?

Thanks a lot.
