"Checking for Latest Version" looping; cannot log in to Admin Console
How does one get around the problem of the FMS9 Java Web Start program for admin console looping when it apparently cannot determine if there exists a "latest version" of the software?
I read in the knowledge base that one may turn off the version checking, but that is only possible if one can log in.
Trying to get to the admin console start page via 192.168.1.xxx:16000 does not work either.
If I press the "cancel" botton, it cancels the whole Java Web Start program, not just the version checking process.
Note: FMS9 on Dual 2.5GHz PowerMac G5; 3GB Ram
