can't see shared file after updating to 8.5 v2
One person in the office updated from FileMaker Pro 8.5v1 to 8.5v2 on MacOS 10.5. He immediately lost the ability to connect to shared files. He completely removed FileMaker and its preferences, and reinstalled 8.5v1, but continues to have the problem. He does not see any of the files hosted on the server, which is remote to the office. Others inside the same network and firewall can connect without any problem, using the same version and platform.
