Cannot access a database from the same account using different PCs
We have a series of databases hosted on a FileMaker Server installation (version 10.x) that the office staff access from FMP desktop clients (also version 10.x). The problem I am seeing is that one specific account used from one specific PC is not able to open one of the files. The error message is “The account and password you entered cannot be used to access this file.” The odd thing is that the account in question works from every other PC in the office and all other accounts work from the PC in question. Can anyone shed some light on what the possible problem is?
