Thank you for your post.
Instant Web Publishing does not give you the ability to specify a layout. However, you can have buttons on your layout that will take you to different layouts.
And is there any other solution or kind of Custom Web Publishing which provide direct links?
There is a script step "Open URL", but that will open a new browser window to display the contents. The Instant Web Publishing page will remain in the background.
If your data rarely changes, or if you don't want users to have a live connection to the database, you can export the data in FileMaker Pro to HTML, and then do some further customization. The down side is that the web page doesn't change when information changes, since users don't connect to the database.
With Custom Web Publishing (using PHP or XML and XSLT), you can integrate the database with another website, determine how users interact with the data and have greater control how the data is displayed in the browsers. Needless to say, you can control the links.

Thank you for your support! You help me a lot.
Hello, I too am trying to publish my database using IWP. I am wondering how I view all the layouts I have created and also, why I cannot edit the notes field in the web version (it uses a button to add a note).
Any help would be much appreciated.
"I am wondering how I view all the layouts I have created..."
there is status area to the left of the screen to switch between layouts
"...why I cannot edit the notes field in the web version (it uses a button to add a note)"
maybe, the script assigned to the button uses unallowable script steps. some script steps are restricted to use in the IWP (turn on indicate web compatibility in the script window).
Thanks Igor. It was the perfect solution.
