               RaguPathi G:

               Thank you for the post.

First, verify the computer meets system requirements for running FileMaker Server 12 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1:

               Minimum:

               Dual Core CPU

               RAM: 4 GB

Hard drive: 80+ GB (keep minimum 10 GB free space)

CD or DVD drive (for boxed product)

               Recommended:

               Dual Core CPU

               RAM: 8 GB

Hard drive: 80+ GB (keep minimum 10 GB free space)

CD or DVD drive (for boxed product)

For a complete list of System Requirements for FileMaker Server 12 and FileMaker Server 12 Advanced see FileMaker's Knowledge Base Answer ID 10072.

Second, try completely removing and reinstalling FileMaker Server and IIS. Complete instructions on this process follow:

               1. Close the databases through the Databases view in the admin console.

               2. Stop the Web Publishing Engine.

               3. Stop the Database Server.

               4. Move the C:/Program Files/FileMaker/FileMaker Server/Data/ folder to a safe place. This contains all of your databases, back ups and system level scripts.

               5. Uninstall FileMaker Server.

               6. Delete the FileMaker Server folder from C:/Program Files/FileMaker

               7. Reboot.

               8. Uninstall IIS.

               9. Reboot.

               10. Reinstall IIS.

               11. Reboot.

               12. Reinstall FileMaker Server.

Please let me know if any clarification on the above steps is required.
