It appears that the PC user has lost the reference to QuickTime. The PC user may want to redownload QuickTime from the Apple web site. Once installed, then the user should be able to see the QuickTime file again. Another option would be to save the QuickTime file to disk and see if it is accessible.
I tried this and it didn't work. I can, however, export the picture to my desktop and then open it with QuickTime, but Filemaker won't display it. Is there a fix yet?
Filemaker Pro 12 has resolved this issue for me! I can see all the images.
