      Title

Filemaker server and IIS 7.0 on Windows Server 2008

      Your post

I've got an server running Windows Server 2008 and I have IIS 7.0 installed on it (PHP is also installed)

It is al running fine however I seem to be inable to get in the Filemaker Server admin panel

if i enter in my browser http://localhost:16000 or <my local ip>:16000 i get:

      HTTP Status 500

FileMaker Server has encountered an error:

The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

what should i do to solve this?? (the database server does work because i can connect and open the sample database and ik can also add new databases with the command line feature)

          Thank you for your post.

What version of FileMaker Server are you running?  With FileMaker Server 7, when configuring the Web Publishing Engine, make sure the IP address of the host computer is a valid IP address.  Do not enter the full URL.  Otherwise, an HTTP 500 error occurs.

What version (and release) of Java are you running?  The recommended version is Java 6 release 7.  Try disabling any version higher than this.
