    Filemaker Web Publishing Processes Question

      Filemaker Web Publishing Processes Question

      Your post

Question for the File Maker guru's.  On a Windows File Maker Server Advanced 10 deployment I see two process that I assume relate to the Web Publishing Engine:

      • fmswpc.exe
      • fmscwpe.exe

What is the difference between these two processes?  We are seeing some memory bloat  and CPU spikes in the fmswpc.exe process and I want to understand what this process does.  My guess is that WPE stands for Web Publishing Engine, but I can't guess what WPC stands for.  Any insight would be appriciated.

FMSWPC.exe = The Web Publishing Core

FMSCWPE.exe = Custom Web Publishing Engine
