Over the past week, I have been getting called because user's FileMaker clients (we are running FM Server 11 and using FM 11 Pro clients) are showing "Not Responding" when they click on a link. It will take 30 seconds to several minutes before it comes back for them to use.
The users mainly complaining are known to have a lot running on their PCs. However, this just started happening last week (week of 11/10-14). Nothing that I am aware of has changed on the server. We migrated this installation from a Windows 2003 Server to a new server running Windows 2008 R2 back in late September. Things have been running smoothly till last week.
I tried recreating the issue on my PC and while it is a bit slower and I do see the "Not Responding" occasionally, it isn't for nearly as long as they are seeing. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? How would I go about debugging this? Any help is appreciated.
