I've followed the instructions in the article 6842; I've also removed all Java version except the 6.7 update, but the program isn't still working.

Are you able to run Admin Console from another machine? Open browser and go to http://serverIP:16000
It doesn't work from another machine. Meanwhile I've also completely removed the installation, reboot the machine (server2003 R2), installed again via windows control panel software installation: from floppy/cd. The problem remains.

It looks like the main issue here is the 'database server is unavailable' message. Try checking some of the steps in Knowledge Base Article 6895 which is specific to that message. You can access the Knowledge Base by going through Support > Knowledge Base. Then, type in 6895 in the 'enter search terms' field.
