FMPS13 WebDirect Login Issue for iPad/iPhone Direct Database URL & with Desktop Safari/Chrome
I've tested accessing our database from an iPad and iPhone running Safari and Chrome 31.0.1650.18 via the following url format https://domain.com/fmi/web#<database name>. In both instances it hangs on an endlessly spinning circle before you can even get to the username/password box.
I should note that our users have also been having intermittent issues with the spinning circle on login attempts also with the desktop versions of Safari and Chrome. The issue does not seem to impact Firefox, which oddly enough is not supported by FMPS13.
The problem rarely arises if you access the database from the https://domain.com/fmi/webd url but does sometimes still occur.
This is a very serious issue for us with users unable to access the resources they are paying for. Anyone have any insight into this at all? FMP Support was not able to provide any assistance on this one so far.
