fmsadmin: Permission denied Error: 9
I am trying to run fmsadmin command from a command prompt on a windows server 2003 and am I getting the Permission denied Error: 9. I am sure I am typing the right user name and password. I go to C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Server\Database Server and run the command: fmsadmin.exe -u <username> -p <password> list clients and i get the permission denied error. If I run the same command without adding the login info I am prompt for the credentials and it works. Does any one knows why this is happening? My final goal would be to use the fmsadmin command to add a script to close all the databases before shutting down. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
Thank you for the post.

A couple of questions:
1. How was the command prompt opened?
2. Did you elevate the command prompt by running as Administrator?
