Remove it from the folder.
That's the only way I know of. If you're trying to not have it show up on people's list of databases, right click it and choose close database.
Thank you for your post. Sorry for the delay in getting to you. Communication breakdown on my part.
After you close the database, it will still be listed. Once it is closed, choose Databases. Then, open the Databases folder (or the additional database folder, if required). Select the Closed database. For Actions, select Remove, and click Perform Action. Your database will then be put into the folder "Removed_By_FMS\Removed" folder.
