Installing and uninstalling FMS 13.0v5 on Mac OSX 10.10.2 *Server* (yes, I know...)
So, I was testing this out (knowing it's "not recommended...").
I installed FMS 13.0v5 (from the full installer). Having done so with the default settings (web service on, etc), things were functional.
However, when I *uninstalled* FMS 13.0v5 -- and then reenabled "Websites" in Server.app on the server, this is showing me that httpd is still pointing to the uninstalled FMS and bringing up "http://localhost" works to bring, but bringing up "http://<fqdn>" brings up "FileMaker Database Server Website"
mockingbird:~ root# ps -ax | grep httpd
4611 ?? 0:00.19 /usr/sbin/httpd -D FOREGROUND -f /Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2/httpd_server_app.conf -D WEBSERVICE_ON
4621 ?? 0:00.00 /usr/sbin/httpd -D FOREGROUND -f /Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2/httpd_server_app.conf -D WEBSERVICE_ON
4631 ttys000 0:00.00 grep httpd
I'm assuming *installing* FMS 13.0v5 makes some changes somewhere that *uninstalling* does not revert. What do I need to reedit on my server to remove the traces of FMS 13.0v5?
Actually, never mind...
This appears to be a caching bug in Safari. Once I selected "clear history and website data", then it reverted back to the stock OS X Server web pages.
