      Intermittent error with WebDirect

      I'm getting the following error when working with WebDirect.

      A red panel appear indicating 

      Communication problem. Write down all unregistered data and click here to continue.Invalid status code 0 (server down?)

      The red panel hides the WebDirect tools, but does not prevent to continue editing the current record.

      This panel appears randomly and I could not figure out any relationship between a user's action and appearance of the error. This happens with various databases.

      • I first thought that it might be associate with a time out in FileMaker Server. But it was not the case.
      • I changed the license key, again without improvement.
      • I checked various web browser (Safari, Firefox, Opera), all show the same behavior.


      FileMakerServer 13.5 runs on a Mac Mini Server 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 Late 012,  OS X 10.9.5 (13F34). 

      Does anyone experience the same difficulty?

      Any help would be appreciated.
