Thanks for positng.
I apologize, but there is not an additional setting within the software to extend the idle time past 60 minutes.
I would suggest trying other web browsers to narrow down any Firefox browser issues. Also, what is the screensaver time on the linux boxes? Will Firefox or other web browsers on the Macs experience the same issue? Are the linux/mac boxes on the intranet or external?
All computers are on th esame internal network. Screensavers aren't an issue. The timeout happens even if the user works in other apps for the full time and then returns to access it. I tested the timeout on Safari on a Mac and found the same issue. About 15 minutes to time out. We can't seem to get the 60 minute setting to take.
We are experiencing the same problem. The IWP time out never extends beyond 15 minutes - even though I've reset it to 60 minutes.
60 minutes would be plenty for our web users but why is it not working? There must be something else that needs to be set differently. (I agree with Dan, who posted the issue initially - it seems to be completely unrelated to browsers or screensavers, etc.)
