Port 80 conflict installing FM Server 13 on Windows 2012 R2

Your post

I am attempting to install the FileMaker Server 13 trial for evaluation on Windows Server 2012 R2. Early in the installation, it complains of a conflict on ports 80 and/or 443. It offers to disable existing web sites using those ports, but that does not work. The default IIS web site has been changed to use other ports, however netstat shows PID 4 (NT kernel system process) still holding port 80 open.  This is a vanilla, out-of-the-box Server 2012 R2 installation. Anyone know how to get around this problem?
