Server scheduled scripts can only make very limited use of Import Records.

You may want to set up a robot file to do this as this will run your script in a client session, but now you can use an OS based scheduler to run this script at a specified time of day each day. A robot file is a small filemaker file that has file options settings that open the file with a specified account name and password that matches an account in the hosted file and that runs a simple script each time the file is opened:
Perform script [//specify the script to be run in the hosted file here]
Your OS based scheduler (I use Windows Task Scheduler), just needs to open this file at the specified time.
