If the operating system is Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite, then review the following knowledge base article for the resolution:
Under normal circumstances, creating a second user account should not cause a license key conflict, so if the operating system is not Yosemite, then let me know what is.
Yes I did that but still didn't fix. I then uninstall server and reinstalled, that seemed to work
