A client is moving to a new office.  He is sub leasing space.  The office has a DSL connection with a few businesses using the connection in the office.  What is the best practice here? Can my client simply bring his own router and run a LAN and WAN without having to worry about security (he would have his own SSID and pw of course).  Or should I recommend he get a dedicated connection just for his FMS?  Since this connection most likely does not provide a  static IP, I will have him use a Dyn DNS service for WAN connections.
