What if Server Not Available via 3G?

Your post

If you have field people using their iPads, but there's often no connection to the Server at their location with 3G, does that mean the FMP Server option isn't one to use for those types of field people?

In these non-3G connectivity situations are you limited to using FMP Go and doing file transfers at the end of the day?

I'm really not sure about synching and how all this would really work in the field and with people away from a reliable intranet connection (internal network) -- thus needing a 3G connection that may not always be available.

I can't find any documetation that really drills down to what you'd do in various connectivity situations.

Thanks in advance.
