What is the correct method for dealing with Conditional Value Lists and IWP?

Your post

FileMaker Server 11.0v3 here...

We have a layout with a portal that uses conditional value lists (ie, in a new row in the portal, field ONE selects from a pop-up and field TWO will display different conditional lists based on the value of field ONE) -- nothing tricky and it works exactly as you'd expect in the client.

The only workaround we've found in IWP is to populate field ONE, hit "Submit" (which acts to commit record), then hit "Edit Record" to modify field TWO.

But this seems cumbersome to the end user.

Is there a better way to design this for use with IWP?
