There really is no setting in FileMaker to do that ( yet ).
One way is to disable "Swipe between pages" in the mouse settings.
Unfortunately it affects all apps.
Use custom menus to take away the record navigation menu item.
You can still do record nav, but use scripts and buttons to control it.
Turning off "Swipe between pages" is already turned off, so no luck there.
As far as making a custom menu or layout buttons, I am just beginning to
learn how to do those things in FileMaker, but I do not have access to
editing layouts or any admin stuff. But I will have to look into this in

You can't directly control the scroll wheel. That is an OS-level control, not FileMaker.
