Please have a look at the attached file. The file reflects state wise summary of training targets but the charts do not reflect the state wise summary. Please advise.
You need to use
GetSummary ( summaryField1 ; state ) ;
While a summary field in sub-summary field will display a grouped result, accessing the field programmatically gives you the result for the entire found set. That's where GetSummary() comes into play.
Please look into the file you would see that it is sorted by state.
Not when I opened it …
Anyway, read my edited reply.
Hello Oliver: It did work. Awesome. Man, you are a FM genius. I think you know the FM stuff like the back of your hand. Just one more question if you could answer: Can I pull summarized fields from other related tables on this sheet? Will it give me state wise summary?
Related by what? And what do these other tables store?
Related by Unique IDs. The others tables store fields such as district wise targets, and candidates details. How can these fields be reported?
