Is it possible to sort the Layout List?

    DylanValentine

The dropdown box in the top-left of the FileMaker window that contains the list of layouts in the database is sorted by the order the layout is created.

Is there anyway to sort that alphabetically?

      Thanks in advance

There isn't a way to do it automatically, but you can arrange them however you'd like. Go to Layout Mode. In the upper left corner you'll see "Layout:" and the name of the layout. Click there and pull up to: Manage Layouts.

          Manage Layouts.tiff

When you pull to "Manage Layouts...", you'll see the complete list of all of your layouts. You can uncheck the box to the left to keep the layout from showing up for users in all modes except for Layout mode. You can drag the layout names into whatever order you'd like. You can use the "New" command to add folders or separators. HTH.

            Thanks.

That gives me control of organization. And that's what I was looking for.
