FileMaker Go save file without iTunes

I'm working on a file that will have data entered onto an iPhone.  To get the FileMaker file off, I need the files to be transferred to a PC via a cable to a PC.  Several different staff will be using this program on multiple iPhone and they aren't the most technically savvy.

Is there an easier route than using iTunes?  I've tried iFunBox but it's not as simple as I like.  I wouldn't mind coding a batch file to do the transfer automatically, but I can't find where iTunes stores the FileMaker Go files.  Any ideas are appreciated.  And there is no WiFi or Internet in the location they will be transferring the data.  Thanks!
