Thank you for releasing the update. The link did not provide any more information. It would be very helpful to know which bugs have been addressed with the update since there are many bugs/quirks with FMGO 14.
The following two issues reported on the forum have been addressed in FileMaker Go 14.0.3:
1. Crash no longer occurs when using 360Works MirrorSync with a large set of records.
2. iOS 9 - The empty area where the keyboard was when a Text field was activated no longer occurs on an iPad when connected to an external keyboard.
besides of the issues reported on the forums: Are there any other issues that have been addressed? A change log or release notes would be great!
none of the rendering bugs I've reported months ago got resolved
No waiting for el Capitan FMP release
, it includes support for Split View and Slide Over on those iOS devices that support it.
Too bad that Filemaker Pro probably not support el Capitan split view. That's logical since it doesn't support full screen mode. I lamented abut that last year (or was it the year before). Now it's time that filemaker wupporst both full screen and split view mode.
By Full Screen Mode, do you mean something other than Kiosk mode?
Kiosk does require using the developer tools in Advanced, but I have found it works perfectly in FM Go.
On a desktop, it requires scripting the Maximize Window step if you want it to fill the desktop's screen.
This is slightly off topic [talking Pro here, not Go as per OP], but:
Vincent .. I have full screen mode on my MBP.
I'm running OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 and FMPA14 14.0.2.
As per the video link above, if I click on the green button, the program goes to full screen mode. If I click on it again, it reverts back to previous window size. It doesn't have the grey two arrow icon in the top right hand corner, but it's not really necessary.
I use FMPA14 with extended monitors. My secondary monitor has the Scripts Workplace open - in full screen mode [or sometimes I will use the debugger in full screen mode]. My primary monitor runs FMPA14 in full screen mode.
So, unless I've misunderstood you, FMPA14 does support full screen mode.
Hi Michael, you're right, I just installed 10.11 and it does work.
The strange thing is that it didn't work under Yosemite.
Many thanks for pointing that out.
P.S : There are problems with split view though
