I got FM12 and I am building a database to deal with my rental editing equipment, but I am having some problems making it work.
I rent computers and software licenses, sometimes together, sometimes only one of the parts.
I made a "computers" table, a "software licenses" table and a "Editing units" table.
"Editing unit" is the unit I rent wich can be a computer alone, a computer with a license, or a license alone.
And I would like to be able to see in "software licenses" layout, in which computer is installed or if it's free
and the same on "computer's" layout able to see if there is a license installed.
I can't figure out how the relation shall be, and what field to put in these layouts, so I can borough this information.
