I'm trying the exercise, they should have being in excel. The point is to show me how to go from excel to filemaker.
It's the sample data that I can't find.
Locate the Landscaping.xslx spreadsheet file located in the Spreadsheet folder of your sample data.
I downloaded that zip file, there is a folder called spreadsheets and it does contain a file called "landscaping.xlsx". It also contains the filemaker files of the demo.
It's a complete set of files for a series of articles, not just the original article you linked to. Note that at the bottom of each article there are links to "previous article" and "next article". It's designed to be a start to finish series.
so very soory, I looked in the folder name : landscaping.
Lynn, I had to go back to a document (in the series) to get the example files:

Make sure you download the "Example Files.zip". It's a big download, so give it time to download fully. Click the zip file to extract all the examples, used by this series. In the "Spreadsheet" folder, you'll find the "Landscaping.xslx" file.
