GetLayoutObjectAttribute to hide text

I have a string of text ("Click to Add Record") that I want to hide when a portal named "P2" is active.

The portal is one of two portals in a popover.

I've tried these calculations in the Inspector > Hide > Behavior > Hide Object When

GetLayoutObjectAttribute ("P2", "HasFocus")

GetLayoutObjectAttribute ("P2", "ContainsFocus")

GetLayoutObjectAttribute ("P2", "HasFocus") ≠ 0

GetLayoutObjectAttribute ("P2", "ContainsFocus") ≠ 0

FileMaker's documentation on this function is pretty skinny.

Can anyone tell me the correct syntax for this function or a better way to hide this text string?
