I have a simple script that creates a PDF in FileMaker Pro 13 (Adv.)
Since I installed El Capitan, after creating the PDF, it doesn't appear visually on the desktop or in Finder.
Yet, if I use another Finder replacement, like PathFinder, the PDF is right there in the desktop folder.
This is clearly a bug of some kind, but I don't know if it's FileMaker or El Capitan.
If I then move the PDF from the desktop to another folder then drag it back to the desktop, it finally appears.
Anyone else seeing strange stuff like this?
