My mom has been using FileMaker Pro since 2002 and I need help trying to pull specific files. She's updated as far as FMP11. We're working on Mac. She's got an educational curriculum... It's a simple database... tracks Customer's Information (Name, Address, Phone, Etc), Their Order(s) (specifics of what Level's' they've ordered when), and I need the information to be pulled by region. Right now, I've figured out how to pull a specific State or City with all their info... but when the list comes into Excel it has their order listed vertically, instead of on the same line. This isn't going to work... but I need more than a summary too. I need to see each item they've ordered, but on the same line with their name and the rest of their customer information. Is there a way to make this happen?
I also need to figure out how to add the email field to the customer information page. Please help!
