Well I just in the process of installing Filemaker pro on El Capitan 10.11 and I'm getting this error. I have installed it using the fmuser rather than my id.
I have the same issue during the installation of filemaker server 14 dev edition. It happened on both ID's. I could not proceed.
Is there any solution available?
I used the fms_18.104.22.168.dmg and it installed as expected. Then I upgraded to the latest version. Not ideal, but a work around.
Refer to this message regarding El Capitan's System Integrity Program: Installing the slave portion of a FileMaker Server 14 on El Capitan 10.11.1 and getting an error (search "error 1008:9" above in the search box).
I had to disable the SIP to install FileMaker Server 14 (and then re-enable). Goggle El Capitan SIP for instructions for disabling and re-enabling the SIP in Terminal. (I have forgotten the instructions or I would post them here.)
