I would like to be able to search for recent unanswered questions so that I can help, if I am able to do so.
Thank you for your post.
If you are talking about finding unanswered questions on the community then you might follow this process:
1. Go to the "Place" you'd like to help out in. (Such as "Discussions")
2. The drop-down to the right of "Filter by Tag" can be changed from "Sort by latest activity: Newest First" to "Sort by Date Created: Newest First"
3. Check under the Replies Column for 0's.
This will help you check for currently unanswered questions. I'm sure everyone has their own methods for finding Threads to jump in on. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to show a list of only Unanswered Questions.
I hope this information is of use!
The is only one drop down I see in discussions. It is called Filter by Categories and Tags. When I click it, there is no option for sorting. It is the only time the word Tag appears on the page. I am referring to this page: Discussions perhaps I am not in the place you suggest.
My apologies. You want to be in the Content "Tab" of Discussions. See Discussions to follow my direction.
