After reviewing previous discussions of this problem I find that I need further help in resolving this issue.
Yesterday users could connect to the server and the databases
Rebooted the server without making any changes or installing any patches and now users cannot see the databases
Bonjour installed and running
IP address is static
Port 5003 is open
Admin console runs, sees the databases (status: normal) and can verify them
Windows Server 12 R2 Standard
Windows logs show no warning/error messages
Filemaker logs show no error/warnings
Running Filemaker Pro Server 13 accessing .fmp12 files
Filemaker Pro 13 Client running on the server cannot see the databases
What am I missing?
Working with Tech Support led us to rebuilding the system. Once that was done it has given us no further trouble
