Rows not printing straight, but they are straight and true on-screen

      Hi all

The heading says it all really.  I have 10 columns of data on a sub summary report and I have ensure that my fields are:

      Top aligned with each other

      Top aligned per field

Clear of top and bottom padding

When I print, there are occasions when the outputs to paper make the one column's data appear a tiny bit (a paper equivalent of a pixel if you will) higher than the column next to it.  The following column is low, the next column is high.

This looks completely unprofessional.  It even happens if I script to PDF and print from there.

All the values have thousand separators in the figures which really gives it away.  On screen, the comma does not touch an underline I have beneath the figures, but when printed, it in some cases does touch the underline.

      Anybody ever seen this before?

      Thanks in advance
