Within the new Script Workspace, just press cmd (Mac) or CTRL (Windows) and clic on the arrow of a script folder to open / close ALL scripts folders.

Very cool trick! It is so annoying to have all those things seem to pop open or closed without reason. To at least be able to reset them easily is very handy.
Now, I really just wish that the keyboard shortcuts for the management windows (e.g. 'Manage Layouts', 'Manage Scripts') would toggle the windows open and closed. You can open the window with that shortcut, but you can't close it.
