The fields and the panel itself may have been grouped as one object. So just right click the panel while selected and click ungroup. WARNING : They may have been grouped for a a purpose. So first check the inspector to see if the grouped object has a name or any hide object conditions. These will be lost when you ungroup.
On a mac, you can hold down command key and drag over the items that you want. That will multiple-select. When trying to do this with a tab control, I always start right outside the tab because the tab likes to be included if you pick it up.
On Windows, Press 'Shift' and select how many objects you want to select on that Tab Control, then release your finger from shift.. How many objects you choosed, everything you can drag within one time on that tab!!
We can use this for normal layout for select multiple objects.
Lock the tab control in place (Arrange, Lock). I tend to do this for all "background" objects (tab panels, slide panels, portals, etc.), since I don't usually mean to drag those around, and it's easy enough to unlock them when I do.
