    WebDirect Download File Error

    PSI

      The environment is FM Server 14 (2 machine) setup. Windows servers.

      When trying to download a pdf report from a container field. Some users are getting this error. This one is with IE 11

      "Your files are ready for download. Pleas click the button to download each file.

      Widgeset 'com.filemaker.jwpc.widgeset.UIWidgetSet; does not contain implementation for null. Check its component connector's @Connect mapping, widgetsets GWT module description file and re-compile your widgetset. In case you have downloaded a vaadin add-on package you might want to refer to add-on instructions."

      Is there a way to resolve this problem?

      The script is simple.

      Set Variable [ $Path ; Get ( DesktopPath ) & Substitute ( GetValue ( WDStudents_ReportPrintCue|CR_Nav::ReportPDF ; 1 ) ; "remote:" ; "" ) & Case ( PatternCount ( Get ( ApplicationVersion ) ; "Web" ) ; ".pdf" ) ]

      Export Field Contents [ ReportPDF ; $Path  ]

          Thank you for your post.

          I found a post reporting the same error: Vaadin error from users browser when loading a WebDirect Solution

          If you could provide further information:

          -Does the issue occur in other Browsers on the issue machine?

          -Does the issue occur on all machines? (All Operating Systems)

          -Can you get an idea of how many people might be trying to run the Export Field Contents at one time? (several people hit a button or trigger the script at once?)

          -Any further information you can provide on what's happening before, during, after, etc...

          Testing and Development has been unable to reproduce the error and was asking for a file and steps to reproduce. I am sending a message to your inbox with instructions to send us your file and steps to reproduce if possible.
