FileMaker has become incredibly slow after update to 14.0.3 and El Capitan

We have a several Mac Mini's (Late 2012 - 2.5 GHz Core i5 - 16GB Ram) that we recently upgraded to FileMaker Pro 14v3. This forced us to update the OS to OSX El Capitan. All of the computers are now so slow that FileMaker is now almost unusable.

What's weird is that the CPU is not being maxed out and there are 5+ gigabytes of unused RAM.
