Update FMS Console and fmsadmin application problem?

I just installed the new FMS update on my development server.  While not dead in the water,  I have two major issues.  Primary is the fms console won't open using the IP address for the computer. https::// fails  while localhost:16001admin-console works.

Prior to today,  FMS 14.0.3 console worked using both addresses.

The other issue is that the fmsadmin application can't be found.  Under FMS 14.0.3 and earlier is was.

Uninstalling FMS14.0.4 and re-installing 14.0.2 (My original download ) restores normal operations.

Along the same lines I installed FMS14.0.3 update.  This has the same problem with the admin console,  but the fmsadmin application is available.

When I do a port scan of the IP address ports 16000 and 16001 are not available.

I guess for the moment,  I'll go back to 14.0.2.  This seems almost as bad as the old Java stuff...

Is this a but or something to do with security certificates?  Any thoughts on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
