      These two events are logged in the Application Event Log on Windows intermittently for users after installing the latest FM 14.0.3 patch:

          Thank you for your post.

           

          It sounds like the update did not install properly.  Therefore, try installing the full version (the current version is 14.0.4).  To get the full version, call toll-free 800-325-2747 if you are located in North America.  If you are outside of North America, contact the FileMaker office nearest you.  Once your license is verified, a link will be sent to you with the download information.

            Hi TSGal,

             

            We went ahead and installed version 14.0.4 onto one of our Citrix servers this week and the following errors persist. Any other ideas we can try?

              Please check Knowledge Base Article #14163 for the current system requirements for FileMaker Pro 14 and Citrix.  Specifically,

               

              Remote Desktop Services and CitrixXenApp (FileMaker Pro 14 only):

              Windows Remote Desktop Services and Citrix XenApp 6.5 supported on:

              • Windows Server 2008 R2
              • Windows Server 2012

              Remote Desktop Services clients supported on:

              • Windows: Remote Desktop Services Client, installed by default in Windows 7 (SP1) and Windows 8.
              • OS X: Microsoft Remote Desktop 8.0

              Citrix ICA client minimum requirements*:

              • Windows: Receiver for Windows 4.1.2
              • OS X: Receiver for Mac 11.8.2

              * At this time, only these clients are supported by FileMaker, Inc. Other clients may work as expected but they have not been tested for use with FileMaker Pro and are not currently supported.
