It seems DNSServiceResolve(EG-FM2._fmpro-rcfmp12._tcp.local.) has something to do with FileMaker Pro's use of Bonjour. It may be completely resolved by a full uninstall and reinstall of FileMaker Pro 14.0.4 and Bonjour.
Another thing to keep in mind is your environment. FileMaker 14 software is not supported working on Windows Server 2008 R2 "DataCenter". It is possible that something on that particular Operating System is conflicting with FileMaker Pro or Bonjour.
