How to update clients to 14.0.4 if you don't have the 14.0.1 ?
It's not longer available on the downloads ?
You can still get to 14.0.2 or 14.0.3. Are you sure you have to have 14.0.1?
Well 14.0.2 and 14.0.3 are updates for 14.0.1, you can't install them from scratch.
Thank you for your post.
Older installers, such as FileMaker Pro 14.0.1 are not generally available to the public. All download links are updated to the latest version of the installer when an update is released (currently FileMaker Pro 14.0.4). You might try Contacting Customer Support if it is urgent to obtain FileMaker Pro 14.0.1 installers.
I hope this information is of use!
If you have a filemaker maintenance contract, your download links for the software provided in the maintenance agreement always point to the latest version full application download.
If you have a valid licence code for filemaker version 14 but have never installed it, the best optionis to register and download a 30 day trial from the FMI website and then input your licence code.
If you have a previous version of FM14 installed, then you can upgrade that to the latest version by the latest update. These updates are generally cumulative, not requiring you to follow a 14.01, 14.02, 14.03 upgrade path, meaning you can go from 14.01 to 14.04 with one update.
As always, read the documentation and installation notes before applying any update.
